If you have a lot of random text highlighting throughout the document and you want to remove all of it, then click somewhere inside the document and press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select the entire document. Step 2: Use your mouse to select the text with the highlighting that you would like to remove. Note that these steps will only remove the text highlighting.
